I gave my drone for repair after I viewed their website which claimed they were a certified dji service center.
They refused to check the drone in front of me, it had crash landed and they clearly said they would give me a quote before repairing it.
Instead once they got the drone and took 2500 upfront for 'alignment' they called me and told me they replaced parts for 'testing' and now it would cost be 24000. I was shocked as I had consulted two three people who had similar problems with the gimble after a bad landing and they had got it fixed ("not at this cheats store) for about 7000.
So I told him (Vijay the obnoxiously rude, mean and arrogant owner of mata electronics)
To please return my drone in its original condition. To this he said if you don't believe it's working I will send you a video - he did with the old gimbal which was still damaged but working since he replaced a cable - that was all the real repair that was needed.
I then realized they were con artists since in his quote he had added 'gimbal replacement, sensor replacement and power supply replacement' for 24000. But - in the video where he said he had replaced it it was the old gimbal!!
These people REPLACED MY DRONES PARTS AND - GAVE THE DRONE BACK IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN I GAVE IT TO THEM.
THEY STOLE THE GOOD PARTS FROM MY DJI MAVIC PLATIUM PRO DRONE.
When I went to the store (kept me waiting 3 days with rubbish excuses or changing back 'components') the drone was not coming in at all - it was flying perfectly before I llve it to them. When I confronted the obnoxious owner he said sorry you never showed it working in front o[censored]s - he never let me!! He refused to even look at the drone when I gave it - saying minimum waiting period "three days"
Long story short - when u refused and asked for the drone in its original condition - they stole and original sensors and power supply unit and now nothing works!
Cheats and lairs - Vijay and these rest of these crooks need to be exposed and I want my original parts back.
He is a smooth talker but most of what he's saying is rubbish - using words like alignments and components to try and throw you off.
He was cheated me and I know this 100%.
I want to take this to consumer court and see a lot of other people going through this.
Let's join hands to take this Crooked conman down once and for all.
I am really really disappointed and very angry that a consumer has to face this kind of blatant lies, ARROGANCE, LOoTING & BAD BEHAVIOUR FOR FAULT Of their own -except TRUSTING AND HAVE FAITH.
