Mata Sheetla Gas Service — I have raised almost 11 complaints

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I have applied for new gas connection on 14th April 2013 with Waiting ID: [protected]. I was informed by gas agency (Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Sector-14, Gurgaon) that I will get connection in time of 3 months & at the same time customer care[protected] informed me that I will get gas connection within 14 days. It looks like there is a huge communication gap between IOCL & Agencies since the time communication is different from both sources.

I have raised almost raised 11 complaints at customer care[protected] with no response / solution to my problem. Customer care provided me Area officer name & number to report my problem. I tried reaching Area Office Mr. Abhishek Agarwal ([protected]) & he told me to go & call from agency (which should not be an idle way to handle customer problem / issues). I still with a hope went to agency but surprisingly Mr. Abhishek didn’t picked up my phone. I can understand he might be busy with some other stuff, however he could have scheduled this when his calendar allows him.

Finally, I’m in a situation where I don’t have connection, Gas Agency & Area Officers are not taking any interest to resolve this.
