To the owner of Matiz Locks - Mr. Mohd Ahmad Khan,
I am writing to you with great disappointment and frustration regarding the recent transaction that we had with your company MATIZ Locks (MAT Products).
As you are aware, we paid a considerable amount of money for the purchase of these products, with the understanding that they would be delivered to us in a timely manner. However, it has been several weeks since we made the payment, and we have yet to receive the products that we paid for.
This delay has caused us significant financial losses, as we were relying on these products to complete an important project for a client. Due to the delay, we were unable to meet our deadlines, and as a result, we have lost the client and suffered a substantial financial setback.
We have attempted to contact your company on numerous occasions to inquire about the status of our order, but we have received no response. This lack of communication on your part is unacceptable and has only added to our frustration.
We demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Either you must deliver the Matiz Locks products to us without any further delay, or you must provide us with compensation for the losses that we have incurred as a result of your delay.
If we do not receive a satisfactory response from you within the next 10 days, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and seek legal action against your company.
We hope that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
