A Serious Complaint Against Matrimonial For All Lucknow – Misleading Commitments and Unprofessional Behaviour

I had contacted Matrimonial For All Lucknow through WhatsApp regarding their matrimonial services. Initially, Miss Kavya assured me that upon depositing ₹2, 000, they would provide the contact number of the family I wished to communicate with.

Trusting her commitment, I deposited ₹2, 000. The other family was also asked to deposit ₹2, 000. Subsequently, they arranged a conference call between both families, during which a senior representative joined and verified the details of both families.

However, after completing this process and collecting ₹4, 000 in total from both families, Miss Kavya suddenly demanded an additional ₹2, 000 from me, stating that I had also registered on another matrimonial app.

After a lengthy discussion, they reduced their demand to ₹1, 000. I clearly told them that I would not pay even a single penny more because their initial commitment was completely different from what they were demanding now.

The day ended without any resolution.

The following day, I contacted them again and requested a refund of my money. Miss Kavya initially said she would provide the contact number, but when I asked her to proceed, she again demanded ₹1, 000.

I requested her to arrange a conference call with her senior, Ananya. Unfortunately, Ananya’s behaviour was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. She was not willing to listen to my concerns and repeatedly insisted that I deposit ₹2, 000 before they would share the contact number.

What is particularly shocking is that even their own employees were giving contradictory information. Miss Kavya was demanding ₹1, 000, whereas Ananya was insisting on ₹2, 000. This clearly reflects a lack of transparency and coordination within their organisation.

When I informed them that I would share my experience through a Google review, their response was, “Koi farq nahi padta” (It makes no difference to us).

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel that customers are being misled through false commitments, and additional money is being demanded after the initial payment has already been collected.

My questions to the management are:

1. Why was the additional payment not disclosed clearly before accepting the initial ₹2, 000?
2. Why are different employees quoting different amounts?
3. If the promised service is not being provided, why is my money not being refunded?
4. Is this the standard of customer service and transparency that Matrimonial For All Lucknow offers?

I strongly advise prospective customers to be extremely cautious and not using this platform strictly.They only want money and not having any sort of concern regarding your work

I expect the management to take responsibility, investigate this matter and refund my ₹2, 000 without any further delay.
