Dear Sir,
I had taken work from matrix bpo service they gave me 1200 form to be done in 10days, after seeing i found the job was very tough the letters & mixed with capital, small & some junk charecters, even though i took it as a challenge and did 100 forms per day for 10 days total i completed 1000 forms in the 10th day my id got locked and i am unzble to do only balance 200forms, on 11th day the company not hearing the reason the staff shouting at me to pay Rs15000, and next day he asks to pay Rs4000.
i had spent 10 days ( 10hrs per day)
calculate the current bill for that
my time spent for the working staff i have to pay her
instead of checking the proof he is demanding the money from me, one lady is whatsapp me, if i ask address & regintration certificate of the company, they are not sending.
today i got a legal notice from them
both the legal notice address & softrex bpo solution address are same & i confirmed that they are fake
please find the attachment for the same
Sir
many poor people are suffering from this type of fake company
Kindly demand them & make them to pay us the charges
so that they wont cheat the poor public
Kindly take strict action against them to avoid cheating the public in future
