Dear All,
i want share a compliant all of you that mr.suchit kumar s/o diwan ramteke director at Matrix infra pvt.ltd. was lonced the project with name of breeze in the year 2013 in chandrapur for 1 bhk, 2bhk, duplex house etc.in Village Datala, Tha & District Chandrapur. they take property show in city and also give advertisment, open office, also show property to custamer after all me and other custamer book his flats, and duplex pay theire Down Payment to him and entered with contract or Agreement.after 6 months company was not ready to build his project and not in position to refund the amout to custamer.therefore number custamer logde a compliant(F.I.R.) aginst company and aginst director in chandrapur city.some custamer file the consumer compliant, and me also file legal case agianst him.but till Date Not Sigale Money Back to Me or Any custamer.
