We put our trust in Matrix By Bharat Jain and gave inventory worth around ₹1 crore, believing they would honour their commitments. We were promised YouTube, JioHotstar, and print media, but only a small part was delivered. After that, our calls went unanswered and the remaining commitments were never fulfilled.
