As training institutes, the faculty team members spends quality time in the training room with students. The students need to take most of it - by understanding the training topics and asking quality questions to get more knowledge and insights. I have seen lot of students getting placed and at the same time - so many companies coming for campus drives. I run a software company and regularly employ candidates from MZOS. I see the negative reviews and feel nervous about those negative thoughts from the student who have given them. Institutes are there only to train - you should be in a position to contribute to it by gaining knowledge and proving yourself in the campus interviews. As a company owner - we can choose only those student who show that understanding, knowledge they have learnt and spark to learn new things. A negative commenter - usually is a spoil sport - so for sure they are spotted easily by big companies and not selected. So i personally would like to tell such student - develop a attitude of positivism and see the difference in your self. Your time and energy needs to be spent on learning new things and improving knowledge and skills to crack such interviews. Any problem on learning, understanding the interview process, or question resolution - institutes are there to solve and you need to talk to the councilors. Was this information helpful? |
