I made a reservation for a car rental. The app would not open the car so i called the number and they said it will not open for another 45 minutes and there's nothing they could do and they will be charging me for the reservation if i cancel. I had no choice but to cancel and take an uber as i would have been late to my event if i waited. I am disgusted by the customer service i received from ashley v. I am opening a fradulent claim with my credit card company and calling the better business bureau and consumer protection agency to file a complain against your business.
