Very very pathetic and horrible services. Beautician roshni applied used kits for pedicure and manicure on me. Used products, open kits products applied to multiple people and leftovers were used for my pedicure and manicure. Not worth your money at all. The company and beautician both are keen on cutting corners and making fool out of customers. Only an aware client cancan quest them on this cheating and then these people will turn a deaf ear and won't listen to you.
On enquiring with her she bluntly told this is the standard practice and you have to adjust. Noone over complains. For hair spa also same story, applied 5%of the leftover hair cream. Worst ever hairspa and worst services.
In midst of my service, 10times the beautician got call and talking to people so unprofessional. If you have come to serve a customer, customer service should be priority and frequent calls were irritating. The massage for hairspa also was not relaxing as her phone kept ringing all time.
Atlast when i asked her to apply nail colour after pedicure and manicure she didn't pay attention and asking me do you really want as i m getting late. On my request she applied one damaged colour which was thick and super thick. I told her to change it so she started to apply two different colour on the same nail without even removing the coat of damaged nail paint.
Don't believe them at all. Horrible products, zero customer assistance, bad service, arrogant beauticians. Complete fraudster.. Pay few more bugs and opt for better options like urban clap and idiva Was this information helpful? |
