Dear Sir/Madam,
We have grievance against Max Bupa health insurance policy (now Niva Bupa)
Despite repeated calls and emails- we are not getting resolution
We have this health policy (for me and family members) running since last 5 years and paying premium on time
However the services received from Niva Bupa are not satisfactory and they are rejecting our claims against hospitalisation also
Please note - since 7-Mar-22, i am following for reimbursement (for case of my Spouse hospitalisation) and Niva Bupa team has rejected the claim :
2nd time also made submission of all documents and also letter from Doctor for need of hospitalization. Still Niva Bupa have rejected our claim
in last 5 years- have made the claim for first time - and without knowing the Genuiness of the subject - they have rejected claim
We require support of yours to escalate this subject for transparent investigation and claim reimbursement .
Resolution proposed : We request Niva Bupa Doctor to meet/discuss directly with us and our Doctor at hospital and then decide- however Niva Bupa customer care do not allow this interaction
