My name is Neha Rawat, and I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on the night of September 19th at Max Healthcare Dehradun, where my daughter, Shinaya Rawat, is admitted for Typhoid in Room No. 3262.
I have been visiting my daughter regularly in the evenings, along with my father-in-law snd 3years old daughter, since September 15th. During these visits, we were not questioned or stopped by your security personnel on duty. However, on the evening of September 19th, when my mother and brother from Rishikesh came to visit, we were unexpectedly denied access to my daughter's room.
I understand the importance of security, but the inconsistency in enforcing these measures has led to a distressing experience. Had we been stopped on our first visit, we would have complied willingly. This lack of vigilance and inconsistency in enforcing security protocols has resulted in undue embarrassment and inconvenience for my family.
I kindly request that you investigate this security lapse and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients and their families.
Consistent and vigilant security measures are essential to create a secure environment within the hospital premises.
