Max Hospital, Vaishali — Hospital not sharing histopathology report

I was asked to undergo a biopsy of both breasts by Dr. Pawan Gupta, Max Hospital, Vaishali which was undertaken on March 11. Max Id: VSLI.414438.

However, even after 12 days; the reports are not being shared. Doctor is advising to undergo surgery and mentioned that the Histopathology will be shared only then.

This is a highly unethical practice. The patient has rights to his/her report and the hospital cannot keep it under wraps. On being requested, the doctor said, you can ask for a refund but report cant be shared.

This is a complete violation of the rights of the patient and needs severe action.
