As an NRI, on 7th Nov'15, I have applied and paid Rs.145, 065 to online MaxInsurance for Term Insurance coverage. On 8th Nov, all medical test were done.
On 17th Nov'15, one line message came from Max Insurance that I am not allowed to take Term Insurance as it is "Residential Risk". No explaination was given for meaning of Residential Risk and what are the countries not covered for Term Insurance.
Complaint is against Max Insurance and Two officer of it.
First Max Insurance not advertised on the online option of website about Residential Risk countries and NRI can not applied for Term Insurance from certain countries.
Mr. Rohit Ramanathan and Ms. Deepali Jain - both of them stopped giving any response after 16th Nov'15. What is the standard of services to NRI? Why responsbile officer do not respond in a convenient way. When services from Indian Insurance company will improve?? Was this information helpful? |
