I get a call on 15th nov 2018 regarding due premium amount. They told me "max life insurance gives you batter service then a third party. We have successfully remove executive’s service charges on your policy. Now you will not pay any service charges to any executive.
Pay hustle-free your premium, pay direct in your police and get up to 10% cash back on your premium amount."deposit your premium through neft/rtgs and get the service charge of the agent as a cashback from this year.
The premium receipt will be generated from total amount of the premium.
Cash back will come into account within 7 working days."
After this they were send the email on my registered mail address regarding all verbal communication and with maxlife isn. Account details.
I had credit all amount to that account num coz of 1. They called me on my registerd mobile num.
2. They have all information like my policy num, registered date of birth, email address, policy statement, policy due date etc.
3. I have received the same mail from max life insurance email address."[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com"
4. The account beneficiary name is registered under the" max life insurance co. Ltd"
After payment i calling for payment receipt but no one pick call & after switched off mobile.

After 5 days i received the mail from max life insurance regarding due policy amount. Than i contact with coustomer care & file a complaint for this. My complaint num is 02295756.
Till date i did not get my money back & no support from max life insurance company. Also i had complain to near by police station but no one help me out of this.
