The incident took place on october 4, 2019.
I did shopping from max lifestyle international pvt ltd store which is located in celebration mall, udaipur.
I did shopping of rs 2002 from the store and cashier asked me to pay rs 5 for carry bag. When i asked that it is against the government laws, he said that it's company rules. When i asked that i will file a complain against this, he said "ok" for the same.
I believe there should be strict penalty against the same as per the law. I have attached the screen shot for the same too.
