Biggest mistake of my life... That i placed the order with maxbhi.com..
My order number is #532251 dated.[protected]
I had order htc desire 826x touch and usb charging connector
I had received call from +91-[protected] from maxbhi.com, they had informed me they are only able to serve usb connector and they are not able to provide htc desire 826x touch but i want both item together. They had said that they are going to cancel my order but they didn't cancelled.
They had cancelled the order by sending such mail by saying that customer didn't accept the delivery but they didn't wrote that they are not able to send the material.
Moreover, after cancellation of order, maxbhi.com is keeping my money with them in their e-wallet (Without my permission)..
I am trying to call them from last 3 days but no body is responding on customer care.
I want my money back in my account as i had already forwarded bank details to your customer care.
