Dear Athots Support Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Hardy Athots Mixer Jar which I purchased from Flipkart on 8th July 2024.
Initially, the product was making a lot of noise, and later, the jar tools started coming off on their own, which clearly shows product defects.
The product was advertised with 12 + 6 months warranty (total 18 months). However, when I raised a complaint, your team mentioned that the extra 6 months warranty is not valid because I did not answer a registration call.
This condition was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. On Flipkart’s product page, the warranty is shown as 12 + 6 months, so I should be entitled to the full warranty coverage.
Currently, Flipkart app is showing only 1-year warranty, which is unfair and misleading since I purchased the product with the assurance of 18 months warranty.
Therefore, I kindly request you to:
1. Honor the 12 + 6 months warranty as promised at the time of purchase.
2. Repair or replace my defective mixer jar at the earliest.
I am also attaching the required product images as requested. Please look into this matter urgently.
