I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the delay in the issuance of my bus pass.
I made the payment for my bus pass two weeks ago, on 11-12-2025, through the official portal. However, despite the successful transaction, I have not yet received any notification or the pass itself.
Furthermore, I am extremely frustrated to find that there is a lack of proper guidance or a functional contact number on the website to address such grievances. This lack of transparency and accountability from the DTC department is causing significant inconvenience and financial stress to daily commuters like myself.
