Do not use their services else you will be cheated and your product will be stuck. They are carrying out unfair trade practices including falsely representing the amount, to charge extra amount from customer.
The courier company is committing fraud by falsely representing the amount and denying product delivery later
These guys give false quotations in beginning and deny delivery once your pick-up and charge extra almost equivalent to product cost.
I requested for door-2-door pickup and drop of a double bed from
Delhi to Varanasi . The company quoted 3k in total, I even confirmed multiple times. After product pickup and payment of agreed amount of 3k, when I started asking for delivery of product the company executive suddenly sends a new quotation now amounting to 11.5k instead of 3k which is almost equal to the shipped product costing 12k.
The company never mentioned any of the extra charged in any of our previous conversation, nor before the product pick-up or the payment.
Now the company is denying product delivery.
