I had word with your customer care they were not ready to take complain, finally they lodge complaint (no[protected]and said you will receive call back from your side in 1 hour but I have not received any call, More over this not customer fault we have ordered earlier also vguard stabilizer which was 3 pin, now u have delivered 4 pin and that too not mentioned in your website anywhere in product description and instead of taking return request or providing and solution to customer they directly said we cant do anything, Then why you guys kept customer care if they are not able to resolve customer issue, In other website if we given any return request direct to customer care take they takecare of that if that their fault or their website fault.I have order so many electronic equip but never face any issue, First time I have order from your website and receive such a bad experience.Kindly relsove my issue on priority
