I bought a product from aquaultra last year. Order#14211. I started facing lot of issues since feb'20 when i first raised the complaint. However, no one visited my place and i thought it might be due to a pandemic, their services are on hold. I raised a complaint again in the month of may, june and then in july. One guy "mohan" visited my place and he broke the ro filter. Later, he asked me to pay 350 visiting charges plus 2500 for new filter part. When i denied he started threatening and shouting. That time, i called the customer care and talked to "anju" ([protected]/[protected]). He talked nicely earlier and asked me to pay 350 to him as he will be sending a replacement product. Today is 7 oct and i have made 100s of calls and he always lies to me.
Please someone take serious action against these goons and fraudsters.
I hope you will understand how difficult it is to manage without ro during the pandemic especially during the covid lockdown.
