My complain is in regards of wrong product received from the online shopping store. On 14th sept-2019. I was watching a social networking site facebook there i saw an advertisement in the website “timecarts.in”regarding the watch named smartphone link s2/a-56/7c, scan code[protected] & me14sep8886,
Accurate time system watch i licked it and prepared my mind to buy it. So i visit the online shopping store showed in facebook and i order that same watch my order number is #14339 with the mode of payment option is cash on delivery. So today on 20/09/2019 i have received the order from xb courier service. I paid the delivery boy rs. 1799 and received the product. But as i opened the product i totally shocked to see the product. And it is completely different from the order that i saw and later booked. So on the product i received is damaged. The company has cheated me. Please help me to get my money back i am sending the product image with order number and the package i received and the items i found in the parcel. Please you judge who is right the company or the person who was cheated by the company. Please help me. That money i have paid have great value for me.
