Mayuri Realtors — Remove the Machinery STP Plant from Parking Below my Flat

Dear Sir,

Please ask the Mayuri Realtors to shift the sewage plant machinery install below my flat in parking area which is very nuisance causing to me. The motor of said plant running from 24 Hour every day and there is lot of noise coming though the pump and therefore we could stay in our flat peacefully.

I request you to shift the said STP plant to some other place immediately

I have ask Mayuri Realtors to provide the car parking drawing before the agreement verbally & on through mail also dated 17-Feb-16 but on several request also he has not given but on Good faith i have sign the agreement on 20-Feb-16. I ask him to give know standard parking 2.5 mtr * 5 mtr long he now said in agreement i have not mention the size hence don't ask about the parking size.
