Mbm Engineering College — College admission refund fee

I've taken admission in mbm engineering college (http://www.mbm.ac.in) in 2016 using online portal reap (http://www.rtu.ac.in/RTU/reap) administrated by rtu (Rajasthan technical university). I've applied refund application there and still after almost one year i still didn't get any refund money back. I've submitted rs. 25, 405 as admission fees. I've called university office but they are neither picking up calls neither respinding to e-mail.
