MBMC — Applied for name change process but still not changed

Hello,

We have a commercial property in Bhayander East. We applied for the name change process in March of 2021. We have even received the acknowledgment from MBMC and paid the said amount of 1000 INR in the first week of September 2021.

However, we were told that the change in name will be reflected best by the end of September. It's nearly the end of October but it's still not done.

Kindly suggest what measures should be taken in order to fulfill this.
