I am writing to share my feedback and concern regarding a recent prepaid order I placed. Unfortunately, the address entered was incorrect. Immediately after placing the order, I reached out to your support through WhatsApp. However, the support process was limited to a bot, which was quite illogical for resolving such issues.
I specifically mentioned that I needed to change the delivery address and even received a confirmation after providing the updated details. Despite this, no changes were reflected in my order. I waited for 1–2 days for the update, but the address remained the same. When I contacted support again, I was informed that I could cancel the order at the time of delivery.
When the delivery partner called, I denied the order due to the incorrect address. Initially, the partner insisted that I accept the package and return it later, which was unreasonable. Eventually, the order was canceled. Since then, I have not received any communication or update regarding my product or refund.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I kindly request that my refund of ₹1575 be processed to my source account at the earliest without any further delay.
I hope this matter will be resolved promptly, as such lapses in customer support and communication reflect poorly on the brand. Was this information helpful? |
