McDonline.gov.in — illegal construction of additional floor

Respected sir,

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding residential property n-15 dr mukherjee nagar, delhi-110009. They have constructed an illegal fourth floor and rented out to many students on the terrace which is against by the laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from mcd zonal office. Due to this construction, the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures.

Being a concerned citizen i would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to a fatal accident to people since cracks on the wall are visible. It could collapse at any moment.

I can't disclose my name due to vengeful behavior of the owner of the property.
