Mcdowell's No 1 — Got unbroken bottle and all are showing my fault and my fault is one is that i am loyal customer

Today i bought a nip from wine shop (Lake forest wines supermart-1 gurgaon dlf phase-4). But while i reached home and opened bottle then got bottle's seal was unbroken and wine test was like mixed water.

Then i called to shopkeeper & he said that please come and while i went there then he said its company fault not from our side. Then i paid another inr 130/- and bought one more nip.

Just wanted to know is it fine for me.

Please revert me asap otherwise i will take necessary action, here i am not worry about for my 130 rs i am just disappointed regarding my faith against wine shop & company.
