Mcf Old Faridabad — Garbage not been picked on time

Hi,
I am a resident of old faridabad sayadwara and would like to register a serious complaint for garbage pickups.

1. There are no set times for the pickups, sometimes they come at 12 pm, sometimes 9am.

2. They dont pickup from each house individually, we have to make sure to hear the sound every-time they come which is very annoying

3. They behave rudely and doesnt take any requests.

Being a smart city faridabad, i would expect these challenges to be resolved as soon as possible. i am ok to pay more but these services should be efficient to live in a safe and clean city.
