[Resolved]  MCG — MCG Department is corrupted and not resolving simple name change application

I have raised name change application where new owner is Archana Sharma. Request number is 211. Payment is also done for Rs. 500 for name change application. But it is not reflecting in system. UPI Transaction id is[protected].

My request is pending since a long time. Even the grievance portal is also no working. This help them to restrict consumer from raising grievances. Too much corruption is this department makes our life hell.
