mcgm pay and park — Parking of 2 wheelers

I want to know parking charges at Nariman Point opp jolly maker building.
This people at parking they are charging like hell.
Other places it is 30Rs. For full day just for 2 wheelers.
Here they are charging as 20 Rs. per hours.
Please share your time chart of the parking.

And second thing ID Card which they are wearing that is also Xerox copy added name on it without ID number.
