Mci Iit Jee — refund of fees

I go to coaching for iit jee in mci iit jee institute jakhan dehradun on 9 may 2019 and first they ask for 10, 000 as admission fees and on next day they ask for 65000 the entire year fees otherwise i will not allowded to sit on class so at that point i have no choice to pay otherwise they will not allowed me to sit in class. I also give information about the test which i give previously but their result is not come until that day. On 16 may the ame cet result declared and i cleared the exam and go to the coaching to tell this good news and ask for money refund so that i can join my further study in college which i get through ame. But they denied for money refund again and again i sm depressed what i should do so i learn about student rights and i know what are my rights so i complining this please help me
