MCX Commodities — account closing

I have trading account from attur (Salem) account number gc6ca05 i am not satisfied in this branch service so i was told closing this account immediately closing form also sent through my email dated 22 august 2017 till date account is not closed already i was told mr. John peter branch manager. No response above mentions issues kindly do the need full immediately
