Hello,
Don't buy buildings from this builder. He is a great cheater. i have bought from this property and got cheated up fully. After selling the property, Landlord has filled a case in court saying this building is invalid.
Also, he have not done any common work like lift, power backup Bore well etc.. Also, in JD he has written saying 30 apartment and constructed more than that. Also, for landlord filled case against all owners who ever bought from builder, for this case also he is not turned up. Be aware of such cheating company.
Don even think to buy with these group. for more queries, pls write to me.
