We were doing shopping in ME N MOMS store which is located in mohali VR PUNJAB, They convince me to try their best reviewed diapers as per their thoughts and they given me 3 packet in some offers. They said use one packet and if you don't like, you cant return the other 2 packets. But these diapers are horrible and my baby got bleed rashes with in 3 days o[censored]se. I went to return the remaining sealed packets and they said we wont give you money back. Please be aware of these kind of store and be careful with your babies health. Our baby is on medicines now because of these diapers. At least they should be on their promise that you can return the product as per their promise. Why a customer will do exchange with some non essential products because of their product not suitable for us anymore. Why they didn't return the money. Sale service and customer relationship is very bad. I will do review at every social website foe this store so nobody else will fall in their trap again. Was this information helpful? |
