I have ordered the musical tricycle with sturdy wheels worth rs 2000 from me n moms india website for my a year old child as she was expecting her first birthday. I had paid for the product through online mode. Product was delivered in time but the packaging of the product was not proper. I suspected about all the parts and my doubt was right. One of its main assembly part was missing. I thought it has happened during transportation nad that's why I thought to place a return request. But till today, that is after a month, me n moms is not replying properly to my return requests. Firstly on their website product is showing as in shipped status. Thus it is allowed to make return request. Secondly i tried to contact me n moms personal through calls, whatsapp and mails. But sadly i got no proper reply.
Even today i am still waiting for my product replacement by me n moms india pvt ltd.
This is really annoying experience and now i have thought not to buy or recommend any me n moms products to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
