I got a call from sbi customer care informing me that they need to validate my sbi elite credit card card no: [protected] for online transaction and for the same purpose they have generated a pin from there side. I told them that i cant share on which they insisted that they would need the same for validation as they have generated the pin from the back-end. Immediately after the discussion i saw a message of transaction worth rs.8099. I again called them up that how come my account has been debited for which they said that the same will not reflect in the statement. On receiving the statement i immediately logged a complaint, request a resolution and also how to control such frauds. Ph. No. From which i got a call is - [protected].
