I facing issue in marg erp since last 3 days. No is properly responding.
I spoke with one of the customer care person Akash he dis not resolve the issue but he updated the status as resolved. this is highly unprofessional behavior.
issues in application.
1. sales amount in sales book is not matching with sales amount in sales book.
2. loss amount which is there in balance sheet should be part of capital while it is showing separately as loss at the bottom.
I don't see there are that complex issues but support people are not responding and even updating wrong ticket status. I am not able to understand what sort of people they are.
