Medavakkam Panchayat Office, Chennai — Bribe for Property Tax

Yes, the panchayat leader himself asked me also to pay Rs. 2000/- extra to pay my property tax. I went there to pay my tax to Government. And he was insisted to pay and all staffs are co-operating for him. When i asked receipt for this payment, they were not taken my money to pay home tax and they were delayed my all work and asking so many documents. Even if the panchayat leader refuse to sign on duty timing to upgrade my address with aadhar card. Very worst experience i got by this employees. Please should take action against them.
