hi am naveen i went to medchal rta office which is in hyderabad telangana state. the corruption is beyond the control level over here. i went there for learning driving licence. here police or the department people wont work only agents/brokers do everything. we dont know with whom we are talking.
on 19th december 2014 i went to rta office after booking slot in online. for learning licence the time given was at 12. but i stood in line uptill 3 as they give importance to people who come by agents only. after standing for long time they have said that its not possible to give online exam by own. as system server is not working . after some time a agent have come and advised that by giving 800 rupees . he can write exam in my place and give learning licence in 5 minutes. i got surprised and said ok, for which he have done exam and given learning licence in just 5 minutes.after that he took my number and called exactly a month after and offering that without standing in queue he can do all things and give permanent driving licence for 2000 rs. oh my god i dont know if it is the thing government doing why to keep exam ?? why they wont ask to pay directly in some centres.
