Medi-care — Returned Insulin due to expiration date

Address:Union Bank of Indiana, BQ Market, New Delhi, India
Website:Unknown

We ordered Levimir insulin pens in July of 2020 which we paid $365.00 to an Indian pharmacy by the name of Medi-Care and stayed in contact with their agent Athar. Because they sat in Customs too long and we did not receive them until October of 2020, they had expired and we could not use them. Athar said we would get a refund of $300 when they received the package. We trusted him and returned the package and they did receive the package on December 20th or 21st of 2020. We are still waiting the refund of $300. They give us one excuse after another. Initially he wanted us to send the package to another customer in Indiana which we refused to do so we sent it back to him.

We have been arguing with this guy Athar for months now. We trusted him in returning the insulin but have not received our refund of $300.00.
