My wife got operated on 10/04/2025 at Surya Children Medicare Pvt Ltd for Removal o[censored]terus Operation was done by Dr Neeta Warty
I have to state that during our first visit with Dr Neeta Warty on 2.4.2025 she told as that there is a problem with Uterus there is complication so we need to operate as early as possible so also explain the complication that Uterus is pasted with Lungs & others & also size o[censored]terus is bigger so do remove it by operation & we Agree & ask about approx expenses of operation then they gave us Quotation of Aprox 349700/- I told them that plz my budget is maximum 4 lakh so try to complete upto 350000/- maximum as i already spent more than 30000/- behind Medical Reports & Doctor consultancy charges & Medicine so they replied sir surely we will defintaley try & also they told me that maximum 10% more or less than this quotation will change even i asked how much time operation will take take they told me 2.30 to 3 hrs maximum i said ok so accordingly we got admitted on 10/04/2025 my wife was taken to OT around 12 o'clock Dr Neeta Warty came around 1 o'clock i met her & ask about operation she said now Anethesian will give Anesthesia & after that my work will start approx after 45 minutes & i asked her at that time also how much time operation will last she said 2.30 to 3 hrs i said ok then the said you go to the room we will call you when operation is done i said ok then i go to the room then at 4.10 pm i got a call from OT that operation is done & doctor wnat to meet me i immdiately go to OT they said Doctor has gone to her consulting room which is attached so i went there then she started telling me operation was complicated Uterus was pasted to lung it was very complicated although everythind done well after that again i got a call from OT they told us Dr Raj is calling you at OT so i went to OT they show the Uterus parts removed through opertion Dr Raj also told me Operation was very complicated it lasted very long but according to me from 1 o'clock Neeta warty came & as per her instruction Anesthesia procedure will take 40 to 45 minutes so operation might started around 1.45 pm & ended at 4 pm so hardly it took 2.30 hrs or 3 hrs maximum which they already told me earlier again all doctors visit in our room around 7 pm all started saying operation was very complicated it lasted very long so they try to create hype for increasing my bill & the on 11th morning they sent me new operation quotation of 575700 plus & then they gave a final bill of 758698/- then i fought with them that this is too much you have already doubled my bill they said you have to pay then after i said i will lodge a complain with Medical council they removed OT Theatre charges increased from original quotation Rs. 84000/- & sent me new bill of 674698/- & told me to pay this bill then only i will get discharge so i am compelled to pay very very high bill plz help me to get refund of excess bill charged to me i.e.[protected]=324698 which according to me charged excess to me even according to them 10% plus or minus posibiility to 35000/- more they can charge so[protected]=289698 is still excess charged to me plz do the needful & take immidiate action against hospital & doctors & get me refund immidiately i am enclosing both quotation also quotation they give us is very ambigious in that they mentioned Medicine & consumables As per Actual, Investigation (Approx) As per Actual, Hystopatholgy charges (Approx) As per Actual, Equipment (Approx) As per Actual Blood Bank As per Actual so i aksed them plz tell me approximately how much total operation charges will be there my budget is 4 lakh only they said we will try to complete within that & then they have done this it is open Fraud done by them plz take action against them Was this information helpful? |
