Medical Stores — Deduction of amount in spite of any purchase

I have purchased medicines in a medical store in bhanugudi junction, kakinada on 14th june 2017 at around 5pm. I have used my debit card for purchase of amount rs 150. But the transaction was not successful. It happened 2 times. So totally amount of rs 300 was deducted from my account without successful transaction. I kindly request to look into the matter and solve the problem.
