Meditrina Institute Of Medical Sciences — Unethical practice

Address:Nagpur, Maharashtra, 440010

My father was taken for emergency surgery in meditrina institute of medical sciences, nagpur. Under dr. Nilesh agarwal and dr. Sameer paltewar.
My father is retired from central gov hence benefited by cghs. When we arrived it was 2nd jan'2016 and saturday. As cghs is closed on saturday we could not get emergency letter and had to give deposit of 20'000 to hospital which mrs. Megha (Accountant) confirmed will be reimbursed. On 4th jan (Monday) megha spoke to my mother and said if you give 25000 i will settle cghs and cover all expenses so you wouldn't have to run around. Standing against corruption and bribery i decided to take an approval straight from cghs nagpur office where i was informed they are charging double for same neuro surgery (1. To open the wound and 2. To close the wound) which i later informed megha where she got angry and threw paper and said we cannot do anything now. At the time of discgarge she charged us 75000 over and above the bill settled by cghs and when i asked for bill and information i was threatened to get charged more. Dr. Nilesh agarwal encouraged the wrong doing by megha and did not cooperate in giving bill or any information.
