I have ordered two products and paid the money via online. I have received the message that one of my order got out of stock and haven't refund the amount for removed product. On their website they removed one of my product and simply showing refunded amount
Rs xxx but I haven't received my refunded amount. I contacted customer care where he said they will refund it as quickly. Finally am not appreciating this kind o service to the customers. Therefore, please refund the money as soon as possible and if your not having the product currently check and update it on your website itself. Was this information helpful? |
