I have paid the complete amount though my booking was cancelled from Treebo without refunding a single rupee. The email for payment confirmation is attached for your reference.

I had called the next morning to customer care and after that I called several times and still no confirmation was received. I am still on call which is kept on hold almost 30mins, last time 45 mins.

However I suspect a big fraud in booking systems which needs to be resolved immediately and refund my money. As I am not getting any proper response from your customer care I'm forced to lodge a police complaint or need to rush to the consumer forum.

Kindly resolve it immediately and display your customer care email Id on your website as fair practice.
