Hello Sir/mam
we are residents of Gokul Vihar C block Rohta Road Meerut. We are facing a lot of trouble due to increasing number of stray dogs in our locality, People especially Children are afraid of stepping outside the door. They form a group and fight among themselves most of the time which frightens people and also bark all night. Also they chase vehicles sometimes and its becoming a headache for us.
