Meeseva — charging more price than the price mentioned in the list

Recently, i visited nearest mee seva to took the print of voter id. They charged me with 50.00 and the list price says 10.00

It is not only for me happend to other cards as well as a base they are taking 50.00 as for printing any card.

Apart from helping with the print they did nothing
