Meeseva — Correction Required In Birth Certificate Of My Father Surname (Instead Of " Nadapana " It was Printed As Nadapan)

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a Name correction of my Parents in the Birth Certificate (Old Certificate ID. 50070-B-275042, Registration No - 5464) through a local Mee Seva Centre
with Application Ref - UBC[protected] on Dtd[protected] along with following supporting documents (Attaching for your reference)

Requested Corrections In Application for Birth Certificate.

My mother name has been corrected as requested, But still there is a correction in surname of My Father, Instead of NADAPANA VENKATA RAMANA MURTHY, It was printed as NADAPAN VENKATA RAMANA MURTHY - Letter "A" is missing in the end of our surname which is wrong.

I have addressed this issue to local Meeseva centre - They asking me to reapply by paying the fee again for this correction & I have also sent an email to mc.[protected]@cdma.gov.in but no response from them.

Please take the necessary action & help me to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
